Group 3: "General Experience Group" with William Sharp, PsyaD, CGP & Leah Alexander, PsyaD
The general group experience allows the members’ wishes to emerge and unfold and creates a space for relationships and self to be better understood.
OBJECTIVES
Participants will be able to:

- Identify phases of group development.
- Describe the role of the leaders in various phases of the group.
- Define concepts of group process and group-as-a-whole dynamics.
- Explain the importance of group agreement, boundaries, and group culture.
- Discuss roles in the group, including one’s own role(s).
- List ways culture, diversity, equity, and inclusiveness play out in the group.
